Creative Growth and Primary Kids Launch Limited-Edition Artist T-Shirt Collection Celebrating 10 Years of Primary
A portion of proceeds from the new collection will support Creative Growth’s mission to empower artists with developmental disabilities through art, inclusion, and community
Creative Growth Art Center and Primary Kids are proud to announce the launch of a special collaboration in honor of Primary Kids’ 10th anniversary, debuting online May 15, 2025 at www.primary.com and in Creative Growth's Gallery Shop and website. This limited-edition collection features 10 exclusive graphic t-shirts designed with artwork by talented artists from Creative Growth, a non-profit organization that advances the inclusion of artists with disabilities in contemporary art and culture.
Each shirt in the collection celebrates the bold creativity and joyful spirit of Creative Growth’s artists—offering families the chance to wear original artwork that tells a deeper story of expression, identity, and community.

To celebrate the launch, Creative Growth will host a community event on May 17th from 2–4pm at its Oakland studio, with MOTHER founder Katie Hintz-Zambrano as the special host. The family-friendly event will include a DIY t-shirt station, opportunities to mingle with Creative Growth artists, and a joyful afternoon celebrating creativity, self-expression, and inclusion.
The full collection will be available for purchase at Primary.com, in person at the Creative Growth Gallery in Oakland, CA, and online at creativegrowth.org. Primary will donate 20% of net sales directly to Creative Growth Art Center, supporting its mission to empower artists with developmental disabilities.
