Co-hosts Kim Hastreiter and MAC Modern Appealing Clothing welcome VIP guests and sponsors to the table as the chefs' deliver delicious delights. It's a night-within-a-night — conversation, surprise, and finally, Fantastic Negrito taking the stage!

Oakland native FELA KUTCHii opens the evening with soundscapes crafted to move both the body and imagination. FELA KUTCHii approaches DJing as both an art form and a love letter to the collective imagination through sonic frequencies.
curated performance by Oaklash
Drag performances throughout the runway show are curated by Oaklash, a beloved Oakland nonprofit dedicated to radical self-expression. Oaklash mentors emerging queer and trans artists and produces year-round programming rooted in intersectional community.

Fantastic Negrito closes the night for VIP guests and Sponsors. The Oakland-rooted singer-songwriter has won three Grammy Awards for Best Contemporary Blues Album and describes his sound as "Black roots music for everyone."

Ciel Creative Space is a 55,000-square-foot, multi-purpose production hub and creative sanctuary in Berkeley, California. It serves artists, brands, and companies across tech, fashion, and entertainment. The space is outfitted with professional technology to produce events and content.

Beyond Trend is designed with access at the center. The venue features wheelchair-accessible entrances, wide doorways, and clear pathways throughout. On-site accessibility services include ASL interpretation, CART captioning, and Spanish interpretation via assisted listening device.

About beyond trend
What began in 2010 as a small, in-gallery showing of fashion by artists with developmental disabilities has grown into one of not only Creative Growth, but the Bay Area’s most anticipated annual events. Beyond Trend draws hundreds of fashion-forward art appreciators, creatives, civic leaders, and philanthropists.
Beyond Trend attendees get first access to shop the fashions straight off the runway along with original artwork. Every purchase directly supports the 140 artists who call Creative Growth their artistic home.
