DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
The Development Director will serve as a key strategic partner to the Executive Director, leading contributed revenue strategy across major gifts, institutional giving, sponsorships, campaigns, special events, and donor stewardship. Help shape the future of one of the world's leading disability arts organizations while strengthening the systems, relationships, and philanthropic strategy necessary to support its next era of sustainability and impact.
STUDIO DIRECTOR
Lead the vision and direction of Creative Growth's internationally recognized multidisciplinary studio program. This role guides artist-centered practice, supports a team of facilitators, and helps shape an inspiring, accessible environment where more than 160 artists can thrive.
STUDIO OPERATIONS MANAGER
Keep our studios running smoothly. This hands-on leadership role oversees facilities, materials, equipment, safety, and day-to-day operations, ensuring artists and staff have the resources and support they need to do their best work.
