Join us at the Creative Growth Fashion Lab, an immersive, hands-on experience where fashion, art, and self-expression collide. In honor of Oakland Style Week, we’re transforming our studio into a multi-station fashion playground, where attendees of all ages can design, stitch, paint, embellish, and remix wearable pieces with guidance from the trailblazing artists of Creative Growth.

👗 What to Expect
This is not your average art workshop; it’s a full-on creative lab featuring artist-led stations on sewing, embroidery, felting, jewelry making, fabric painting, fashion collaging, fashion styling, and communal weaving.

All stations are led by Creative Growth artists and local practicing creatives, professionals in both vision and technique, whose fashion designs have walked the runways of OAK and NYC!

You can bring your own clothing for upcycling, or choose from a curated rack of vintage fashion curated by Mercy Vintage, Maribel, and HERE Studio CA.

Recommended: $75 – All Access Atelier

Full access to all 7+ art-making stations across the studio. Try out collage, painting, embroidery, sewing, beading, felting, jewelry-making, and textile manipulation. Other activities included a community weaving project or a styling session with CG artist Lizzy Rangel.

($100+ value if purchased individually.) All materials and tools included.

$45 – Creator Pass

Includes access to 2 art-making stations: collage and fabric painting. Other activities included are access to a community weaving project and getting styled by CG artist Lizzy Rangel. All materials and tools provided.
